Why are you suddenly posting images that spoil the game?

I'd like to watch the games but I'm not really able to, and I don't want to exert a ton of effort to do so.  Updates like this are appreciated by me...

anyone ever notice that if you drop a deuce on someones windshield in sub-freezing temperatures, its pretty damn hard to get off once it freezes.

I just tore my players a new one...they're still out on the field running sprints. Apparently my players think they're ALL THAT!. Those motherfuckers, and what makes it sting is losing to TBG, a fellow Californian who is so Socal...

Tramml disappeared today. No hits? If he doesn't  go, then we don't go. We could have blown away the OC, our pitching was there but we had some unfortunate breaks...hit into 3 double plays...basically all the breaks went the OC way. Fuck. We'll be okay cause we are built to win and be consistent. I'm pretty livid about this.

Anyways, good game TBG...The Empire had on off day at the plate, but we'll just take things out on the team that Attez put together. That's a game that I really want to see me team demolish.

I won't be able to get the boxscores done till tomorrow or Wednesday, so here is some highlights. Are you not going to watch any games TBG? Are you still on vacation?

I'm fine with that, I just thought the standard was to wait a day, or maybe get the final score by PM or something?

And as to my team... disappointing to say the least, but they showed spirit with that 9th inning rally, I still have faith in them and expect them to unload again next game.

Actually, I feel they just reverted to the mean, but that's besides the point.

i don't know if i'll watch many regular season games... we'll see.

one good thing is that you're running the games so rapid-fire, that we dont have to wait for results.  so i don't mind that.

I turn up the throttle to 240 or so and I can watch through other games in the background if I feel like it. They only last maybe three minutes.

Legions of Doom pull away for win

DEE NEE (AP) - With a 10-6 lead going into the 7th inning, the Fighting Artichokes had all the momentum. Then in a New York minute, the Legions of Doom furiously scored 5 runs and took the momentum away as Andre Dawson hit two run mammoth shot to inspire the Legions of Doom.

Reushl pitched a scoreless 7th, then Caveman Robnsn shut down the Artichokes in the 8th.
After a flawless 8th by Hrndez of the Artichokes, Reardn came in the ninth to keep the game close. Then another Legion of Doom fury struck as they exploded for 8 runs fueled by GDavis' 2 HR's in the same inning.

The Artichokes mounted a last inning comeback, but fell well short as DaEvns grounded out to end the game.

The Unhholy Legions improve to 3-2 (2-2) while the Artichokes fall to 2-3 (1-3).

Fighting Cutlers hold on in a thriller

CHICAGO (AP) - J.Brnger came in to get the last out and barely picked up the save as the Fighting Cutlers held off an exciting last inning comeback to edge the Awesome Badasses, 19-18 at Soldier Field.

Brenly laced a RBI single to make it 19-18 with runners at the corners with two outs in the top of the 9th. Davidsn came in to pinch hit for late inning sub Ashby. Davdsn lined out to end the Gantry League match up.

Nokes and DCincs continue their current terror as they combined to go 9-12 with 4 HR's, three doubles, 10 RBI, and 7 runs scored.

The Cutlers win their second straight to improve to 2-3 (2-3) and gain ground on the Awesome Badasses who lose their second straight to drop to 3-2 (3-1).

Clemens velocity and location appears to be back on target as he held down a potent Chocolate Rain line-up in 3 innings of work and giving up no earned runs.

The Alliance move to 2-3 (1-3) while Chocolate Rain lose their second straight to fall to 3-2 (3-2).

OC's pitching and defense take down the Empire

IMPERIAL CENTER (AP) - The OC of the Central Coast used great defense, great pitching, and timely hitting to give the Empire their first loss of the season.

J.Key and Sutclf went the distance as they held the Empire to 5 runs.
Aided by 3 double plays, the OC's defense shut down three potential Empire rallys in the tight contest for most of the game.

With the score 8-5 in the top of the 8th, Gaetti and Reggie Jackson hit back to back homeruns to give the OC a 11-5 lead which would remain as Sutclf pitched a scoreless 8th and 9th inning.

Reggie Jackson and Gaetti each hit a pair of homers to lead the OC offense.

Tramml, who was second in average (.773), went hitless in the contest which seemed to have a negative effect on the Empire offense.

The OC improve to 2-3 (1-2) and the Empire remain in first place at 4-1 (3-0).

Sally Cunts mercy rule PBR in two innings to win second straight

BOSTON (AP) - After a lineup change by owner MikeD before week 4, the Sally Cunts have gone 2-0 while outscoring their opponents 25-3.

Strwby went 2-2 with a HR and 3 RBI's to lead the Sally Cunt offense.

Vlnzla has now only giving up 1 ER in his last 7 innings to regroup after getting beat up by the Awesome Badasses.
Vlnza impressively pitched out of two early incredible jams in the first and second inning which seemed to deflate the Pabst Blue Ribbons. He also added two infield (cheap) hits that very well contributed to the 8 run Sally Cunt inning.

The Sally Cunts are now 3-2 (3-2) and tied with the Badasses for first place, although they are technically in second due to the tiebreaker (head-head).
The Pabst Blue Ribbons, who have had a different line-up every game, lacked any fight as they drop to 1-4 (1-3) and into last place in the Gantry league.
