Will the Thrill had 5 RBI's and blasted his 6th HR of the year. McGwir pitched in with his 10th blast of the year as well as Jones who now also has 10 HR's for the year.

Rebel Alliance fail to put Sally Cunts away

MADISON (AP)- In an improbable comeback win, the Sally Cunts overcame a 12-4 deficit and used a 12 run 9th inning to shock the host Alliance 19-15 in a non-league match-up.

The Rebel Alliance jumped out to a 12-4 lead at the end of the 4th inning and had their chances to put the game away via mercy rule but failed to do so.

Enter El Toro. Vlnzla pitched three scoreless innings in relief as he looked sharp in refusing to surrender a run and the victory. Corbet pitched a scoreless eight in relief as the bullpen held the Sally Cunts in the game.

With the Sally Cunts chipping away at the lead and down 12-7 going into the 9th inning, the improbable happened. The Cunts exploded for 12 runs in the 9th and blasted the Rocket R.Clemens for 11 runs on 12 hits in his inning of relief.
The Alliance staged a desperate comeback and scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth, but that would be it off Cunt closer DSmith.

Pinch hitters Hatcher and Wilson came off the bench and made a difference. Hatcher delivered two doubles in the ninth with three RBI's while Wilson added two singles with an RBI and 2 runs scored. Coleman was 1-1 off the bench.
The Sally Cunt pinch hitting squad went 5-5 to help fuel the improbable comeback.

Records - Sally Cunts (6-4) (4-2), Rebel Alliance (4-6) (3-4)

Fighting Cutlers offense too much for Galactic Empire

CHICAGO (AP) - JaMorris, Last years Cy Young winner and one of the top pitchers in ERA this year, was humbled today at Soldier Field.

The Cutlers scored 10 runs in the first inning off the number one pitching staff in the league and D.Baylor hit 2 HR's in the same as the Cutlers stormed out to a 10-3 first inning lead and would never trail again as they overpowered the Galactic Empire 22-15 in front of 68000 wild fans.

The Galactic Empire to their credit, showed why they have the best record in the league as they never gave up. The Empire made it a one run ballgame in the 8th inning at 15-14, but Orosco came out of the bullpen and was welcomed by the league's top offense as the Cutlers torched Orosco for 7 runs and pulled away.

Dcincis hit his 10 HR and Baylor hit his 8th and 9th, both in the top ten in HR's in the league.

Records - Fighting Cutlers (6-4) (2-4), Galactic Empire (7-3) (5-1)

Franco shuts the door on the Chocolate Rain

DEE NEE (AP) - In a see-saw game at TaB Park, the Unholy Legions got great pitching out of their bullpen to earn a tight victory over the Chocolate Rain in a DoveRBI League game.

JoFranco earned the save as he pitched a scoreless inning to slam the door on a dangerous Chocolate Rain offense.

The 7th inning proved to be the difference with a 4 run inning by the Unholy Legions and giving up only one run from the seventh inning. The Chocolate Rain bats went silent in between the 7th and 9th innings as they were outscored 5-1 in this close game.

Guerro and GDavis went 5-6 while the Hawk notched 4 RBI's and his 9th HR.

Both bullpens did their jobs in keeping their teams in the ball game with sharp performances.
