This has probably been done before, but it's almost 1 AM and I'm lazy.   Post some cool accomplishments you've personally witnessed RBI'ers obtain.

I'm checking boxscores and I've seen a good many RBI'ers, especially considering that I really didn't go to many major league games as a kid:

1985:
August 8 Cubs @ Cardinals
Steve Lake    Lake started for the cubs that night
Chris Speier   Pinch Hitter late that night
Vince Coleman Stolen Base
Willie McGee
Tom Herr
Jack Clark
Terry Pendleton   hit into a triple play (the only cub highlight of the night)
Ozzie Smith
John Tudor -- pitched a complete game 1 hitter AND hit a triple.

1989
August 8, 9   Expos @ Cubs

Tim Raines    hit a homer
Andres Galarraga
Spike Owen   no hits. . . shocking
Mike Aldrete   pinch hitter
Ryne Sandberg    2 homers
Andre Dawson

August 10  A's @ White Sox

Dave Henderson
Mark McGwire

1993
August 9-11   Mariners @ Royals

George Brett
Wally Joyner
Gary Gaetti
Greg Gagne

2001
July 26   Cardinals @ Cubs

Mark McGwire   2 homers

2002
July 4-6   Cubs @ Braves

Julio Franco

That's 22 RBI'ers for me.

I'd have quite a few by virtue of attending one Twins game every year from 1987 to 1997 (after that, I missed a few years because I had to work while my family went to the Twin Cities)... I've got programs from most of the games from '89 on; I'll have to check them tomorrow.

Paul Molitor, John Kruk, various other Phillies and other teams' players that I forget from games I went to.

I cant' think of them all but here's a bunch:

Andre Dawson, Ryne Sandberg, Mike Scott, Paul Molitor, Frank Viola.

I saw Dawson and Sandberg hit homers against Mike Scott in a game and Molitor hit one off Viola.

I have met Darrel Evans at a Giants game a 2 years ago and got his autograph. Kirk Gibson stopped by my office (Wolfgang's Vault) for a tour, I guess he is a big music fan. Both really nice guys with some great stories.
I have given up a Grand Slam to Ozzie Smith, f#ck!

Molitor, Dawson, Sandberg, McGwire, Canseco, Clark, Smith...  that's all I can think of at the moment.

anyone ever notice that if you drop a deuce on someones windshield in sub-freezing temperatures, its pretty damn hard to get off once it freezes.

I've seen quite a few of them. I saw the Mets play the Sox in game 1 at Shea stadium.

I probably went to at least ten games a year at the Vet.  I've seen way less of the AL guys, unless they changed teams.  If they've played on the East Coast, I've probably seen them at their home stadium. I used to go to Memorial-Camden Yards, Shea, Fenway, and Yankee Stadium a good bit.

I have fond memories of Steve Lake on the Phils and how shitty a hitter he was in real life.  The guy was a pretty good defensive catcher though.  Don Robinson was a hell of a hitter

I went to a Dodgers Vs. Giants game in 1989...

Kirk Gibson did not play for the record. He had the injury carry over the next season after they won World Series.
