Awards in this league are given out as Tengen Trading Cards. (Award Gallery). 

So far we've got...

Silver Slugger
Cy Young
Golden Glove (best defense)
Tengen League Pennant
Namco League Pennant
World Series Champs
Rafael Santana Award (most embarrassing season overall)

If anyone has any other ideas for other Tengen Cards, please post them here and I'll work something up.

As is, the Silver Slugger is gonna be the best hitter (SLG, AVG, HR, OBP combined).  Or, should we split the silver slugger into a "HR Title" and a "Batting Title," and have the Silver Slugger be a separate card (or not have it at all).

My awards used to be named after original RBI players..

for example,

Ozzie Smith Award (defense)
Dale Murphy Award (silver-slugger)
Nolan Ryan Award (cy-young)
Vince Coleman Award (triples/steals)

There were a few more, just can't think of them off hand..

I thought about that too which is why I was using RBI players for the pictures. Thanks for the tips...I may reuse some of yours...
