Game 1
The first game was decided in the third inning when Brad Hawpe of the Colorado hit a grand slam to give the Rockies a 4-0 lead.  Oak was a terror on the base paths, and but never got the crucial hit when needed and the game ended 4-0.

Game 2
Rockies got off to an early lead with a Zbrist homerun in the 1st.  Late in the game the Rocks looked like they would cruise to victory as they were leading 3-0 until Oak took advantage of their speed and hit a 2-run inside the park homerun to make it 3-2.  However the Rockies added an insurance run in the bottom half of the inning and went on to win 4-2.
