Any suggestions on an emulator that would work on an Android 4.1 device?

This is Scroope and I would love to build my own 2014 ROM.  I can't believe it's been 10 years since I made the 2004 ROM.

Or you could save yourself the trouble and wait until my 30-team 2014 ROM comes out. :)

If you have one coming out, I won't bother.  I look forward to trying it out.

So any opinions on which emulator is best for Android?  I will probably want to use on screen controls as my tablet is 7 inch and that's not really that much bigger than the original nes controllers anyway.

Not too long ago, I did a search on the iPad store for RBI Baseball and came across Baseball Superstars 2014.  I had to try it when I found a review that stated that it had similar play to RBI.  It doesn't, but I was enjoying it.  I had just won the second to last cup when it went into a permanent crash state and will no longer let me play.  I was excited to get that game finished and move on.  Then I saw an advertisement for RBI 14 on MLB.com.  I may have to purchase that when it comes out for android.  I have a feeling that I won't enjoy it as much as original RBI, but I don't know if I will be able to resist trying it.

I don't have an android, so I can't help you there, but I'm sure there's a good one out there.  As for my ROM, I'm currently in a hotel on business for a few days, and will have some free nights to hopefully complete my ROM.  I do one every year, though the release of RBI 14 has  hampered my motivation a bit.  Which leads me to your next statement about RBI14...it's a good game.  It's quite fun, maintains the simple nature that we all love and has perfect cartoony graphics for an update, and has updated (albeit slightly out-of-date) rosters.

That said, you will likely not enjoy it as much as you enjoyed the original, which is the same for me, and in turn has rekindled my motivation to keep my yearly project going.

OK. I am using nostalgia to play the Scroope2004playoff ROM on android 4.1.  It works well.  I had to turn the emulation speed down to get a good swing.  It seems that sometimes, I can't get a knuckleball or fastball to work, but that may be something that I am doing because I have noticed that if you hold down buttons, the buttons stay lit up making it appear like the emulator is holding them down for you. If anyone has a favorite android emulator for RBI on android devices, I would love to know.  I know 10 years ago, everyone always had their opinions for the best emulator, especially for online play.
