Updated 30 Team ROM Editor?

Is there an updated editor available for the 30-team RBI1 ROM? What I'd really like to do is make a 30-team Arcade ROM, with All-time teams like the original arcade roster. I'd also like to turn the music off.

I can't get the 30 team ROM to save correctly so I can add the all-star teams to the black Dee-nee team slots.

Any advice?
