I've have the rom set as far as all the players in position, so when you guys can, please post your rosters, team name, and team colors by Sunday night. The trade deadline will also be Sunday night at 11:59 forum time. I'll make an announcement in the official FRBI Arcade season and rules thread as to whether trades will be allowed after that deadline. I'm leaning no trades for the entire season.

It looks like the errors will be set to 5 for the entire year. It's a good and clean number to keep the randomness alive and at the same time, keep the game clean of furious bops. The mercy rule will probably be 18 runs.

The FRBI Arcade season and rules thread should come by Monday. I need to set up the stat excel sheet and of course, run more sims to get my lineup set.

Opening night will happen next week and I'll try to pump in as many slate of games as I can until I leave for Vegas and Cali - there will be at least 1 day in between slate of games if I go beserk.  We should have the FRBI Arcade World Series done right before Thanksgiving or on that weekend which will be my last weekend in the US.

For my games, I'll have to announce the time of my game, start the filming at stated time, open up the file for everybody to see, save the file and send per request for authenticity, and then run the game. I'll certainly do it when I play Shooty's team since he'll whine when the Empire kicks his Shooty butt! If I have Fighton or anyone else run my games, then I gotta wait and wait - no thank you. Plus, it has to be on the Virtual NES platform. But if Fighton wants to run my game, then fine, but I'm not gonna wait around for his lollygagging ass, so if he can't commit to 2-3 games a week at the stated times we can agree on, then forget about that.

I'll experiment with YouTube live and see how that works. And yes, game commentary will happen since I'll be taping the games.

It'll be a 18-game season. No divisions. The top 6 will go the playoffs - top two will get a bye. If anyone has an idea for a play-in scenario, shoot away. I'm thinking maybe the 7th place team can play a 1-game playoff against the 8th place team (SP rotation does not reset), and then another play-in with the 6th place team for the #6 playoff spot.

Also, now that I have seen more games, it looks like the league should be really even for the most part. There are so many stars who'll have big days here and there, as well as pitchers who'll be on and maybe not so on. So I'm seeing a lot of back and forth.
