There isn't really any difference between a SP and a RP in the 3 and 4 slots - they both are going to get one inning, likely, so fatigue won't be a factor for either.

I may actually put a SP in the starters roll.

The way I'm looking at it is if you start a reliever, by the third inning they should be gassed and throwing meatballs down the plate.  Now all these hitters are like mid 700 power guys.  Even if they get a hold of one, it will just be a bunch of long fly balls.  If you have a SP still throwing hard, it may induce weaker contact and a bunch of bleeders.  Not sure though.  All I care about now is to stay away from high K guys. (i.e. sinkerball pitchers)
