RBI Tool for 10 man rom

Anyone know how i can get this rbi tool to work to edit the 10 man roms? We use it in our online league play as the 30 man roms are buggy in man vs man. i got rbi manager to run but it's not as accurate to edit as I'd like it to be. Thanks in advance. Any information would be greatly appreciated as far as what version of windows to run etc
