Pick off plays

Even when I pick a guy off (step off mound and guy is half way to second), it is hard to get the guy out.  In fact, getting in intentional rundowns is an easy way to take a base, even against experienced players.  If you have a guy with above average speed, it is very hard to get him out in a rundown.

(The baseball gods say the proper rundown should only have one throw- I'm not so sure I buy that- especially in RBI)
