Customizing Stadiums?

I know there has been talk of this, but to what extent can you actually customize the RBI Stadium? Can you add a higher wall or make the walls moved back?

Changing the appearance of the stadiums is trivial. Using any tile editor (I use Tile Layer Pro, available here) you can easily redraw the graphics tiles. Changing physical dimensions would require changes to the game engine, which isn't something I've looked at.
