Are any MLB'ers currently in said league?

Not sure about currently. But, last year Vinny Castilla and probably about six others played in the Mexican league championship game. Along with a ton of minor leaguers and former minor leaguers.

Not sure if Mexican Pacific League is the highest Mexican league though.
