OK.....This is a new league to pit competitors in RBI competition online.  We will have a regular season schedule of an (at the moment) undetermined amount of games, followed by the playoffs which will eventually crown a champion.

The first order of business will be the team draft, which we are looking to shortly.  At the temporary site, i have mapped out a general series of instructions on how to play RBI Baseball (or any game for that matter) online.  That is found at http://www.geocities.com/rbionlinebaseball .  I set Nesticle as the chosen emulator, but any other can be used as long as some of the others in the league also have it and games can be filmed.  

The only obligations of league members is to play their games, film them, and send the film file to me at rbionlinebaseball@yahoo.com .  From those files, I will put together stats of players and teams, the standings, and info for weekly and end of the season awards, just as in the MLB.

Final thought, to those who sign up and take part in the inaugural season.  A few in the league are excited because they are to be pioneers of what could become a big thing.  With the popularity of both the classic RBI Baseball and growing fad of online gaming, this could and should expand to a much larger scene, pending the commitment of players this first league and season.  Be a part of the beginning.
