How should the pitching be?

Middle of mound (only push "A")

Stand Anywhere on mound (only push "A")

Middle of mound (fastballs/changeups only)

Middle of mound (fast/change/slowballs allowed)

Anywere on mound (any pitch allowed as long is straight)

Just to confirm....

1. Any straight pitch is legal (including knuckeballs), as long as you do not press left/right.
2. You can move around on the mound.
3. You can use two starting pitchers in a game

Correct?
