Arcade Pitchers

Did anyone ever notice that if you throw a perfect pitch to the pitchers in the arcade version, they will go back a bit and swing and miss every time? Is that a glitch in my game? Or is this every game.

Oh and I got the phone numbers to some arcade sellers and the guy told me that he might have the arcade version of RBI. If I got my hands on that, you know what it means..... Arcade tourny's at my house!

I didn't know it was every time, but I did notice it happens quite a bit, I certainly can strike out a CPU pitcher sometimes just throwing 3 right down the middle, I didn't think it was every time, though
