Ok...anybody who ahs really given it a solid effort has probably no hit the computer, but has anyone accomplished the ultimate feat of throwing a no hitter with no strikeouts?

I have found this to be nigh-impossible but continue to try.  The furtherest I have taken a no-no was the 6th inning (Arcade RBI)...against of all teams, the New York Yankees.

My best 9-inning performance (with no K's) was a two hitter.

Anyone ever accomplish the unthinkable?

Stock

Interesting.  I will try that this weekend.  I have thrown several no-nos agains the  computer w/o Ks (since I always just throw right down the middle when playing the computer), however they never go all 9 innings.
Maybe I will take a ROM and turn off the 10 run rule.

I said it once and I'll say it again - stock is smart

I know I've taken one to the 9th and gave up a hit with 1 out in the 9th to Benito of all people.

I don't think I was ever able to do it, but haven't tried in a long time.

For the record, should it be done with 1 pitcher (that's what I always tried) or can you use everyone?

I did throw a no-hitter once without any strikeouts.  Mets (myself, with Ojeda pitching) vs. San Francisco.  It was really more luck than anything, since San Fran's hitters hit almost nothing but groundballs and infield flies.
I've been swimming in raw sewage ... I love it

While there is certainly luck involved, it takes a good bit of skill to accomplish.  Good work Nails.

Don't thik it matters...you're not trying to stike anyone out so you're just letting those fuckers hit it.  The number of pitchers used wouldn't lessen the accomplishment.

P.S. good job Nails...I think this is probably the hardest thing to accomplish in RBI (apart from the mythical pitcher homerun).

Baines

There were a couple of threads on this a while back.  This is something i've tried a few times.  It's possible but you have to jam alot of hitters and force weak ground balls.  My best was one that i took into the 7th or 8th against National.  Not sure who I even had but I do know that of all people it got broken up by al pedrique.

Baines may have hit a homer with Baines, yelled Baines and immediately changed into a Baines jersey.

You know who's the best? Baines...

I'm going to take your NES controller and jam it so far up your ass that you'll need to learn how to work the 'A' button with your small intestine.
