how is your playoff format set up?

If Attez is the #4 seed and he won his first round game, he would have won it against the 5 seed and played you (PC) in the 2nd round.

An 8 seed format goes:  1/8 plays 4/5    2/7 plays 3/6

Attez is the six seed.  A league vote at the beginning of the season made it so MVP Points decided playoff seeds.  It weighs Winning Percentage with Margin of Victory (and originally had Opponents Winning %, but the formula was off for that.)

You can view the brutal results here.  Some hard-fought, low-scoring games for the most part.  I was done in by a dearth of power, averaging only 1.4 homers per game as opposed to about 4 or 5 regular season (which I might add is saying something given my team had the very least power in the league) as well as Newbies' outstanding glovework.

Although I think it's clear to everyone that Attezz went "out of town" so he could avoid having to be embarrassed by me in the finals (see our season series against each other).

I can't verify this one way or the other, but there's a rumor going around that the finals have already been played once, and Pc won 4-2, however, there were multiple errors on the rom that was used, so they are now going to replay the series.

I'm sure it was by accident, but supposedly (according to the rumor), Elite Newbies team was made worse, and Purple Cobras team was made much better (Two of his players power attributes were cranked up to 990), but again, it should be noted that I'm simply trying to "stir shit up" and bad mouth the league and what-not and that it doesn't matter what I think because I decided not to be in the league any more (I wonder why??)...I'm also sure the Newbies will not verify this one way or the other, and Cobras will do nothing but say that I'm just an ass that doesn't know anything about anything and just hate him.

EDIT: It should be noted (Man, I love that phrase), that UnderatedNoobie has blocked my personal messages from being sent to him, so, chances are really good that this won't be verified, and tomorrow I'll just post the quotes that I recieved that Newbies wrote about this incident.

EDIT Numero Dos: Fuck it, I'm really impatient and I'm working back to back double shifts with 8 hours off in between, so here's the quote I recieved

First off, I had absolutely nothing to do with that ROM whatsoever, some retarded freshman made it and his brother sent it to me about a week ago... and before you know anything about something maybe you shouldnt type about it.  It should be noted that me and En played the games on different computers within 5 minutes of each other, so there was no way I knew about the difference that quick, for all I knew i was gettting lucky with HRs... secondly, i could really care less what you think about anything, ur a fucking retard... ok, go out of town to avoid a first round loss to a bunch of people who suck so bad at RBI.

I never even talked to him, and, if you read the entire post you quoted (which, I'm not sure if that's possible without a dictionary in hand), you would see that I said several times that "I'm sure it was an accident" or "I'm positive Pc had nothing do with it" or things along those lines.

It just seems fishy to me, but I guess I'm reading to much into it.

And nice work with all the stock responses that I so clearly predicted. But, I'll still be waiting for a credible third party (but, as has been proven time and time again, there are none available in your league) to actually verify this, maybe you can give me the name of the bad rom and we can find out who actually made it?

Also, maybe you can shed some light on the "real story" as to who made it? And I did notice the "my guys were made worse part" and what I noticed about it, was it indicated s'more cheating.
