1-Since player 1 can only hit start, player two must either move side to side on the mound for a reliever, or move around in the box without swinging to indicate change. Usually it's expected after a couple innings when the pitcher comes around to bat, but always keep this in mind for any situation.

2- Rule one can also be used for player 2 to indicate he would like to say something in the "chat box" that may pertain to something important. Player 1 needs just call timeout and pop up the change hitter/pitcher menu, then chat box. It's a good idea to check the chat box between innings.

3- Unwritten rules of the game....  I purposely have not made any official rules pertaining to things like base stealing or "intentional walks" and stuff of that nature, mainly because this league is a trial one. We will be playing in a 9 week, 18 game season to test out all the kinks of gameplay, so we can move to the next step of drafting players, online rom ratings, etc.

As for intentional walks, if you call for time, and indicate to your opponent in the "chat box" that you will be intentionally walking him, it's ok if you move on the rubber.  Lets keep this to 2 per game max, as it's not fair for SF to not be able to hit with bonds, and the likeness.
