We made a move to exclude Houston in our next 5 man-10 team tourney(1SP-best of 3/set up match-ups and then draft teams)) and replace them with one of the following: SF/MIN/NY/STL.

STL on the other hand stays in the tourney and gets a 1st round bye(as usual).
