easy, you keep connecting and disonnecting until it doesn't say that anymore.  you leep hitting ok when it says that, over and over again.

i always had that problem when using my laptop and trying to be player 2.

see, i don't get it. when i play games with my friends on the online host, it's fine. but when i have tried to play rbi, it ahs given me this error. with numerous tries, i am yet to get a game.

Are you and your friends getting the same ROM from the same location. I would recommend deleting the ROM you are using and making sure you have the ROM posted on the Dee-Nee site. I've had that problem before, and deleting/downloading a new ROM seems to help.

well, i know i have the rom from the dee-nee site, as it came with the fce, and i believe the other player has the same rom...
