I am sure someone has one.  I will be putting together a 2K5 ROM as soon as this regular season is over.
If there is a particular year you are REALLY interested in, I could take a shot on putting one together for you.  I enjoy doing this type of stuff.

Being from Wisconsin, I would really like to see a 1982 ROM made or 1987, 92 complete ROMs with all teams.  I love the Brewers and this is when I believe they were at their best.  That would be awesome.

Cool, I lived the first 23 years of my life in Wisconsin and the Crew are definitely my favorite team.
I don't know of a good editor for an RBI II or RBI III ROM so, you would have to settle for 10 teams on an original RBI Hacked ROM.
If you want, pick a year, and I will try to put something together.  If you want to be more specific, tell me what 10 teams you want.

Here you go.  I just threw this together after I got home from work tonight.  Didn't want to get caught up in the details (ie.. arguing b/w a few power or speed points here or there), but just tried to get the right rosters in and players. 
Feel free to edit this as you see fit with Nightwulf's editor.
If you need help, just let me know what changes you would like me to make, and I will be happy to make them for you.

Here is the 1992 NL ROM you wanted.
I put this together really fast durning my lunch hour yesterday, so probably not perfect.  Please let me know if you notice any inconsistencies you want changed.
