This book is about the 1986 LCS's and World Series, I'm only 45 pages into the book, but I'd say it's a must read for any big RBI fan.

Just found out, the Astros clinched in 1986 on a Mike Scott No-hitter against SF, the last five batters he retired were:

Pinch hitter Harry Spillman, Pinch hitter Mike Aldrete, Dan Gladden, Robby Thompson, and Will Clark.

This is a great book.  Bought it quite some time ago and read about 2/3rds of it.  It's all RBI-related - they have a chapter on Mike Scott, Doug DeCinces, Donnie Moore etc.  Should probably finish it sometime...

Never new that Donnie Moore tried to kill his wife right before he killed himself.  Shot at her 6 times hitting her 4 times, but hit no vitals.

I am now more than 1/2 done with the book and really think it has a lot of good information and I enjoy reading the book, but I'm beginning to feel that parts of it are not very well written.  I'm no literary expert so when you read it let me know if you agree.

No...Lenny Bruce was probably funny in his time...but I think his legend is much better than the actual comedy. Listen to it now and it's not thrilling.
