I didn't see the cards beating down his door to hire him.  That is what they get.

Emilio, nicely done.

I forgot, but I've actually met Vince Coleman.  A kid I played baseball with was the club pro at this swank golf course and knew Vince very well.

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

the dude either has some high float or a mess between the cheeks.

I guess it's good cubs have him, but baserunning instructor?  Give me a fucking break...  These guys are millionares who have played the game their entire lives.  Do they really need a baserunning instructor?  Maybe it's tougher than I think, but the 3b coach telling you when to go the extra base seems like more than enough...

I never thought he was really a good baserunner. He was just fast a shit. What technique can he recommend?
OK, just run really fast. Maybe throw a firecracker at some kids too

I think he was a pretty good baserunner, a lot of guys are fast but don't have Coleman's numbers, 752 SB with 81% sucess rate.  I'm not sure what he'll teach the Cubs though, they should be running very little.
