Here is a ROM i made of All Decade teams, from 1910 thru today, using RBI Editor and Nightwulf's page...

For batting averages and ERAs, I kind of used an average thru the decade, though they aren't perfectly correct, but estimates.
For homers, same thing, but if a guy had a standout season (like Ruth's 61, or Bonds 73) then i used that # just for fun. (Same for Ted Williams .400+ average)

Here are the teams, any feedback would be appreciated!

The rosters are pretty impressive.  How did you calculate your power stats?  Did you use a formula based on HR, and if so, did you modify it at all for guys from different eras?  No one hit 50 HR in the 80s, and nobody hit 30 in the 10s, while the last 10 years have been crazy.  I will have to download this one and check it out, regardless; it looks cool.

Very quality job.

Kinda surprised "I'm Keith Hernandez" is 80s 1b (over Mattingly), but still...a great ROM.

Thanks!

I just wiped my ass then smelled the toilet paper.  What's wrong with me?

the dude either has some high float or a mess between the cheeks.

Haven't played it yet, but I've added it to the ROMs Page.  I called it "Tigermask's Best of Decades" - let me know if you want to use a differenet name....

It's nice to see my boy All "Scoop" Oliver get some love on a ROM.  He's from Portsmouth and I see him all the time.  Actually I saw him when I was eating lunch a couple days ago.

Baines may have hit a homer with Baines, yelled Baines and immediately changed into a Baines jersey.

You know who's the best? Baines...

That's fine.
Now if I could just edit some RBI3 teams....or Super Batter Up!!!

Al was the man back in the day.

I noticed that i mistakenly left the 60's 2nd baseman off of the rosters list...

Cool, updated the text file that I made for your ROM.  In your description on the roms page that is...

I've been living here in Okinawa for like 5 years now (Marines)
and I have yet to pick up a Family Stadium cart yet...I see them here and there though. Gotta get mine...

Gantry, most folks wouldn't know Dou itashimashite for the life of them...good one.

By the way, has anyone tried the ROM, and what did they think?
I like using the 90's or 70's but the 20's always murder me.

Way too much anime in high school, though admittedly I had to look it up....

You should give that hacked family stadium I have on my ROMs page a shot and let me know if you can dechiper any of it.  Not sure if you know much kanji, but I think most is in hiragana & katakana...

I'll give the decades team a shot next time we sit down and play...

Tigermask-
You should try to find Family Stadium and play it, I almost picked up a copy on Ebay a couple weeks ago, but then figured, I'd never figure out the hardware issues (Famicom to Nintendo adapter stuff).  Also see if you can find Family Stadium Arcade.

Someone's got to report on these games.

For your 1910s team, I hope you know that Arky Vaughn wasn't a pitcher...  But Hippo Vaughn was.
dee-nee i love you because
when you're hard up you pawn your
intelligence to buy a drink

tigermask72

Thanks.
It's Hippo. I remember that i only had his last name on the list and filled it in on the fly...all that popped in was Arky!
but yes, it should be Hippo Vaughn.

Another error is that for the 60's, Al Kaline was scrathced from the bench in favor of Roger Maris and his 61 HRs...
My mnistake as i forgot to switch the names on my list...

As far as i can see, that's the rest of the goofs...

Good looking-out, Dryden!

Played on my PC for the first time ever today, used this ROM.  It was pretty cool, looks great, doesn't quite compare to playing on NES though.
