2 somewhat unusual things

Another odd experience that we had a few months ago:
My friend hit a pretty high HR with Armas, I believe it was his 1st AB.  It cleared the OF stands but at the time it would have landed outside the stadium made the "bop" sound, was never called a home run, and then the screen panned down to shallow LF.  So the ball was outside the stadium but not called a HR and Armas just ran around the bases and scored.

I've played a lot of RBI over the years and that was the 1st time I'd seen it.

The one that Dave Kingman hit was ruled a ground-rule double.  I remember reading that in a very old Guiness Book of World Records.  As for odd plays, I was playing the computer in the arcade RBI and I hit a flyball to left with Andre Dawson (I think).  The left fielder looked like he was going to catch it but he stopped short about 2 inches to the right of the ball.  The ball dropped, the fielder didn't move, and I ended up getting an inside park homer.  This was the first time that I saw the computer make a mistake on a "fieldable" ball.  Anyone else seen something like this happen?

Yeah Potsie, one time playing arcade I hit a pop up with 2 outs and just started looking at the TV.  Ball ended up fall right in front of computer, I assumed the inning was over since there are no Arcade bops, but they just misplayed it, I wished I would have watched to see exactly what happened.

Damnit, Potsie.  I'm in class right now.  I don't need the girls next to me looking at that thing!

I've had the computer make errors in the NES version before.  Extremely rare, but it happens.
