I'm as big a fan of the Cubs as Ryno is, but Neifi's deal with satan clearly is almost up. And his history of sucking (pre-Cubs, to be sure) is truly monumentally impressive.

In 2003 or 2004 for the Giants, someone calculated some sort of Neifi factor, where their winning percentage had been much worse in games that Neifi played in.  There were then several predictions that the Cubs would pick up Neifi in the near future (this was a Cubs newsgroup), and of course they did.

Strassy, you ever do Strat-O-Matic on Sportingnews.com? If so, how does Whatifsports compare to Strat?

I've been meaning to do a whatif for a hockey franchise, but haven't had time yet.

never done strat-o-matic.  if i get bored with WiS, i'll give it a shot. 

pretty much i'm down to just progressive leagues.  it's like a keeper league, you just draft new players to replace the ones you release/that retired.  makes it a lot more fun.

Also, how long do you have each team, and how much is it for each time (right now it's 25 per strat team which you keep for just one season, which lasts about 3 months)
