Weird Dream...

Okay, so this was my crazy dream that I had last night...

My wife and I went on a cruise with my parents.  It was a seven day cruise, however, due to bad weather we needed to return to port early.  I was rather bummed out about this.  They were going to let us stay on the ship for the final day, but we weren't going anyway, just tied up along side the peir.

However, my unhappyness turned to delight when, while exploring the ship a bit in my boredom I found a RBI game in the arcade!  I quickly grabbed a roll of quarters and planned on spending a good deal of time down there.  Of course, before I could actually get around to playing I woke up.

Dude, there must've been some sort of paranormal activity going on (haunted by the ghost of Donnie Moore, perhaps?).  Arcade RBI showed up in my dream, too!

I was at college (no idea what college; it wasn't where I went) with some high school friends, and we'd been skipping some math class all semester and were worried about whether we'd be able to pass.  Then, for no reason at all, we decided to have a party in my dorm room, which was full of arcade games, including (of course) RBI.  I think I may have actually played it for a minute, although I don't remember anything about the game.  I do remember emptying my wallet of quarters to play it, which in retrospect was pretty stupid, being as how I owned the freaking game.

Goodness, this scares even me.  Given the season, most of the dreams I remember involve players on my fantasy football team.  In a completely platonic way of course...

It was a werid dream, and I often have weird dreams.  The odd thing is that was really about the cruise and how upset I was that we missed a stop on our trip...which is doubly odd because I enjoy being on the ship as much as, if not more than, the stops at the various islands.  When I'm on a Island it means I'm not eating, and the eating is one of the best parts of a cruise!

Anyway, I imagine I would've completely forgotten the whole dream is it wasn't for the RBI game part.  It was just a small little room near the back of the ship... has a TV in it and a couple of other games and there it was... RBI Baseball!  I was so geeked to see it as I've never seen the standup unit in person.  I was so bummed to wake up and realize I wasn't gonna be able to play it.

That is a pretty strange dream.  I've never dreamed of RBI, as far as I can remember.  I'm known more for my sleepwalking issue.  No one sleepwalks more than me.

I don't know if this counts as a dream but two weekends ago I played about 30 combined games of RBI on Friday and Saturday. Well Saturday night I went up to NIU to drink some beers and I got pretty bent and when I tried falling asleep I had the spins but instead of regular spins I had the what I'd like to call the "RBI spins".  I was actually watching a game and if I'm not mistaken it was Detriot and the BoSox. I'd like to say that Boston's poor fielding made me want to puke but I'm pretty sure it was the alcohol.
