Generalissimo is an English loan word from the Spanish Generalisimo, which you are indeed correct in pointing out has only one S.

My team name is in English.  I appreciate your confirmation though.

EDIT:  Oops, make that from the Italian, apparently, after double-checking.  Not that anyone else cares.  It was of course a Spaniard who influenced my name, however.
