New to the board

A couple things, what is an emulator? I have played RBI for years and I should be getting my arcade version in about two weeks. I would like to join the next RBI season or league. I live in Las Vegas and have a few friends who are die hard players, any reply's would be great.

You should be able to find a link to download one on that page... FCE Ultra is pretty much the best one.  Also, see Gantry's ROM site for the games (a ROM is the actual nintendo cartridge equivalent)

I found the machine online and bought it for $400 + shipping. I'm so stoked and the people who have it are awesome, they have been so helpful. My friends are all here in Vegas, we have played the game since day one. Getting the Arcade version will be to cool, if you guy's ever come to town email me and we can have a tourney.

  Dude, you shouldn't fuck with a new guy too the boards by giving him some false info.  That's just mean and I'm probably going to pm gantry on this matter.  Middelhitter, what an emulator REALLY is, is a two man space pod that is able to travel faster than 12 par-secs by using the gravitional pull from other planets...its like a slingshot method.  WHat makes the emulator so great is that it's cost effective as well as stylish.
