Chat 2.0

We're gonna try a completely different approach to Dee-Nee Chat. This one is Flash-based.

Pros:
- No resource-sucking Java client, Flash is mush easier on the system
- No relying on someone else's server
- Easier integration with the forum without relying on ugly dirty hacks
- Wumpst can sleep

Cons:
- You'll need to have Flash installed
- No more using any IRC client

Give it a shot. Thoughts?

Can we get the chat member list put back on the index page?  That way I don't have to talk to Big Hath if I don't want to.  Yep, he's number 1 on my list...

You can also get a list of who's in the channel just by holding the mouse pointer over the button. I figured this was a way to show if there are people chatting without breaking the board layout, since the notice on the board index is kinda barely visible.

Used it in production for the first time during The Taco, and it was indeed an excellent time.  Solid product...
