as i understand the rules:

gdavis can pick at any time.

the drafting over the weekend has to be in order.

there will be no draft clock (this means that it's possible that no one will pick this weekend and it's frozen until monday morning.)

no one can be skipped over this weekend.

on monday morning, barring any snafu's, the first person on the clock will be wherever we end up after the weekend.  their clock will start at 8AM pacific time.
