Looks like the trip is 6.5 hours - so Carly and I will be leaving around 9:30 to make sure we're there in time for the baseball game.

And might I suggest a return trip to Larry's on Sunday night? 

Something else just popped in my head - didn't the girl that met us out at Larry's work at the ballpark?  I think she was selling us beer, then met us at Larry's the next day with her buddy who was building a NES out of wood.  Anyone remember her name in case we see her at the park tomorrow?

Being Ohio, I fully expect that she is still waitressing the bleacher sections at a Triple A stadium two years after that eventful weekend.

fighton had researched Larry's previously and then asked her if it was a cool place.  She gave us the go-ahead and then went on the prowl for manfredi balls.

And Attez spent about an hour spitting game at her really hot friend at the bar to no avail, despite having the power of my robe. And he wears a robe well.

There was also time spent spitting game at her outside the bar, which ended in a maybe fifteen minute conversation with an old, dirty, hippie type man who had once been to North Dakota.

I still say I should have got his digits though.

Brandon Claussen will be at the Clippers game tomorrow, and if Baines/GoReds don't spend at least half an hour angrily heckling him, I will be severely disappointed.
