Dan Gladden was talking about Kirk Gibson on the radio the other day and mentioned that he's now with the Diamondbacks (the WATN page says he's with the Tigers).  I confirmed that with Wikipedia - he's the bench coach for Arizona.

Apparently they keep in touch - Gladden mentioned that he called Gibson to see about getting tickets for his daughter, who I guess was in the Phoenix area or wherever the Diamondbacks were over the weekend.

He's the only MVP never to have been named to an AS team.

Also, why the fuck can't Gladden afford tickets?
