Reorganization

Can we reorganize the boards? Maybe move Online RBI to the bottom? I really don't like having to scroll down to view the politics board.

I've been meaning to merge online & rbi boards but have been lazy.  An NSFW board ain't too bad an idea, would work people in AG prefer that?
