I ran the game you posted and it was a fkn blow out -- 23-6.   Pedrique sparked the team after smashing one off the wall --- I shit you not. . . . . I thought it was gone.

Fuck. I know what happened now. I posted the wrong game. I ran all the games together in succession on Monday, and right after I posted this thread, you made a lineup change Ryno. So I had to redo the game. Apparently I posted the wrong zip file/game.

I could not say anything due to the integrity of the league. You did blow out the OC (the game you saw) when I ran all of the week 2 games in immediate succession on Monday, but you requested a lineup change. So I had to scrap that game and do the new one yesterday...and forgot to erase the wrong one.

You need to download the rom attached to see the game. Ryno made some changes so I had to adjust the rom for this game.

No. You changed the lineup before the game was released. So I redid your lineup and the rom then the game. The 22-20 game is the game that stands. Once you changed the lineup, the game that was played with your old lineup did not mean anything. I did not post the zip. I was maybe an hour or so away from posting that 23-6 game, then I saw you changed the lineup. So officially, that 23-6 game never took place.

Now which lineup do you want for the next game? The one with Ripken hitting 2 hole? or Gagne hitting 2 hole?

Hey dude, shit happens and I made a mistake. Sorry. This league is a lot of work and I have the vmv and zip files and jpeg files all in my week two folder. I forgot to delete the unofficial game from the folder and I clicked on the wrong game. It was a mistake. I clicked the BR@OC game instead of the PBR @OC game. I just did not pay enough attention.

Won't happen again. I said nothing of the 23-6 game. I just redid the game to make it live and official with no funny stuff.

This league is going great I think and at a good rate so far. 2 slate of games a week is a huge bonus compared to last season when it was 1 slate of games every month.

He finds ways to get on base. He's a good heads up player. I'd say that your lineup is just as effective with Spillman in there cause he can go deep and get hits...depends on the trade off. Spillman will hit into double plays or make outs with his lack of speed, and Pedriq will have outs of weak pop ups, but won't hit into double plays or get burnt by no speed. I'd say it's a trade off at even.
I've run a lot of simulation games, and your team does usually score high at times and wins at least 50 percent of the time.

However, once that record button is hit, anything can happen and the teams, players, and league take on an entity of it's own....everyone's thoughts is shaping the league. I'm doing some kind of mind experiment here lol....Testing to see how our thought vibrations can make rbi players perform.

We may need to adopt some kind of lineup submission rules.  I'm lucky that I won both games and Pedrique kicked ass in both games.  I'd hate to see something get screwed up because we weren't on the same page as far as lineups.

If you put an old game into a new rom, the result stays the same even if you move the players around.

That's why you saw the same result even with the lineup change. The first lineup change you gave me had Gagne in the 2 hole. So I ran that game but did not post it yet.

The second lineup change had Ripken in the 2 hole, so I had to change the rom from the OP but i attached the old game...which produced the same result even with a new lineup.

2. I ran all the games for week 2, including Ryno's first lineup change before I posted the week 2 thread.
Ryno announces another lineup change. No problem. The only game I had to redo was Ryno's since I never posted any games/zips file after I started the thread. Nobody else requested a lineup change, so I went ahead and posted the games/zips except for Ryno's and TBG's (I was waiting to see if TBG wanted to make a change since he had not been around), the other games stood. And I do have my game on tape which was immediately ran after the sally cunts game...I run all the games in immediate succession of one another, and I run my game last. I do this so you guys can see in the source file the times of the games...it shows that there was maybe a 3-5 minute break before the start of a new game...just to insure that the games are run randomly live. Anyways, here is Ryno's second lineup request.

Dear God, PBR ME ASAP!!!!

So after this lineup change, I re-did the rom for the PBR-OC game. I had to discount the original game I ran because it had the incorrect line-up.
Unfortunately, when I attached the new ROM, I attached the wrong game/zip file. I attached the game with Ryno's first lineup change which was given to me in a pm. The second lineup change, (http://forums.dee-nee.com/index.php?topic=22606.20, was then accounted for and official since I did not post the game before it happened.

Ryno, the reason I said nothing is because I was being fair to you, TBG, and the league.

I was as fair as possible and everything was run cleanly. I just made a stupid mistake by attaching the wrong zip file to the rom. The rom was fine, it was just the game that was done originally before the lineup change occurred. So technically, I had to discount that game since I never posted it (though it was already done). The game was then ran after the lineup change and that one is official. PBR 22 @ OC 20.

This won't happen again. I'll be sure to post the thread and week number, then run the ROM and games so I don't have to go back and do another game if somebody wants to change their lineup.

Week 3 to start on Friday. I'll put up the thread later. I'll be sure to do the games after I post the thread and ROM

Sorry once again. This is unacceptable and I am embarrassed of my stupidity. I need to pay more attention and think things out. Won't happen again.
