Santana home run

I gave up a home run to raffy santana in straight pitch today. Has anyone else seen this happen? I know he generally doesn't get at ABs, but occasionally people let him in and he generally doesn't even get near the warning track.

How embarrassed should I be? Are there any starters that you think would be less capable of hitting HRs? I hit HRs semi often with Coleman and Smith and even had a 3 HR game with Craig Reynolds last week. All are more of the norm than Santana hitting one.

As it was heading out I knew it was a big moment. I'm not pleased it happened to me, but it's cool to say that I've seen it happen. Sort of like witnessing a no hitter in person. I think I probably would've said the odds were even between that and seeing a Santana HR in my life.

Yesterday I also saw a ball go through the top of the wall in right center. I swear it was a good quarter of an inch below the stands and it definitely wasn't down the line. I've never seen that before. In other oddities, I PH for the pitcher in the top of the 8th and he came back out for the bottom of the inning (I wasn't that excited because it was corbet) and my opponent has had three errors in 6 of the last nine games we've played (three is the most we've ever had in a game).

I gave up a homer to somebody in the COTUT last year.  I like to offer my opponent an "A" ball if they keep shit stains like Raffy in the lineup...guy still bats about .100 this way.  Only time I've ever witness him going yard.
