Started researching the site history in the questions thread, thought I'd move it here to continue the discussion.  

Notable Dates

* 11/25/1999 - Oldest found file on the site (Taco Bell picture)
* 1/5/2001 - Oldest update contained in the archives
* 8/2/2001 - dee-nee.com registered
* 1/2/2002 - Start of the forums

When was your first vision of Dee-Nee?  What brought it on?

The oldest section of the Archive Page had me restoring an "old version of the website" in 1/5/2001 and judging from the updates I already had the main RBI pages up.  I do know that the site originally ran on RedHat 7.0 which was releasd on 9/25/2000 so that leads me to believe the site started around the winter of 2000

As for the decision to start the site, I wanted to learn HTML a little better for work and I figured starting a site on something I liked would make it easier.  That was back in the day when I actually aspired to increase my skillset and learn stuff...

A strange thing is that the WHOIS record for dee-nee.com said the domain was created on 8/2/2001 (my bday) but the archives and redhat release dates say otherwise.  I think I might have originally used the gantry.cfbinc.com URL for the site, jeez can anyone remember that far back?

Looking at the file dates, I did a lot of work on the site in June of 2000, must have ran this on a different server for awhile.  Found a Taco Bell logo from November of 1999, I remember that originally being on the main page before I redirected to the RBI page. 

So I must have originally started working on the site in November of 1999, Jesus Christ almost 10 years
