anyone ever notice that if you drop a deuce on someones windshield in sub-freezing temperatures, its pretty damn hard to get off once it freezes.

I also called Zorba to see if he can get in touch with him, and I filed a missing persons report with the Wheeling police department.

Damn, only 1 guy before me and he picked the guy I wanted (Ozzie). I'm fine with Knight though, he's always been effective for me.

He's steady. You'll get a lot of doubles out of him and he has a little pop. He had some big games for me last year.

And damn, didn't realize that TBT has Ozzie Smith, Coleman and Burks.

Yeah, I like Knight, I don't feel bad at all about getting him. It is just a little amusing that I was one away from getting Ozzie, who I really wanted, and the guy who picks him already has a base stealer and a plus plus speed guy

They need to get on base before they can do some damage. The probabilities say they'll hit in the .400 -.430 range over a full season (22 games). But once they get on, they can go from first to home in a hurry. And count on TBT to lead the league in 3b's.

I think this will be Coleman's first year starting if he does get to play all the games. In fact, it will be. It'll be interesting to see what he can do as a starter.

I was going to say. OSmith played for me last season and he platooned with Marty. Smith can have some big games for sure, and then he can string some 0fers together. I had my eye on him during the draft.

i thought both smith and coleman had had starting jobs in the past.  darky, your stats show them both as subs every season?

I hated Ozzie.  So glad we traded him for Ripken.  That move propelled us to the playoffs and the championship.

No, O.Smith platooned with Barret after I acquired Smith via a trade. I had them in a platoon role throughout my WS run.

Coleman was 9-13 last year as a pinch hitter for the Sally Cunts...and bear in mind that he had the + 60 hitting boost as a pinch hitter.

That was a shrewd trade I must say. It forced me to get another hitter for my lineup, and luckily I landed Gibson and OSmith. I think Ryno built both of our teams during the trading weeks haha.

But you guys had a killer lineup last year. You easily had the best 1-8 after that trade.

Repeat may have just made the worst pick of the draft, and there have been some terrible ones.

That's what I thought when Darky took him last year.

Pitching talent on paper does not generally translate well to the watch game.

Hoping he logs on and makes his pick soon so Barton and I can pick Dawson.

Im stoked about the speed Ive asembled, but Artichoke Nation needs an MVP performance coming from somewhere in the order...and we're looking at you Reggie.

I got on a tear last season with a goofy order...and that order shall be restored.
