I read today that Don Mattingly is the new Dodger manager, not sure if that is news to you guys but it was to me.  The article also mentioned that the Dodgers traded his minor league kid to another team.  I thought that was funny for some reason.

yeah, this happened last week.  interestingly, they passed over tim wallach (almost nes rbi'r) their AAA coach.
