Where to Download NES games?

Where is cyberspace can I find a website that allows me to download old NES, and for that matter old Arcade games?  Maybe I could garner a whole collection of sports titles.

Search google for "NES roms" and be prepared for popup windows.  Don't like to post links to ROM sites, as they are legally dubious.  Though if someone knows of any good ones, go ahead...
