RBI Tournament

Does anyone still hold that RBI Tournament?  I think it was an annual thing.

The COTUT (the big one in Chicago) was every other year, although I don't recall when the last one was, and whether they were in even or odd years.  There was one held in Columbus during the COTUT off-years a few times, but I don't think it's been done since 2008 or 2009.
