I feel like this picture has been posted everyone on the internet with the title of either "This is everything about the 90s in one photo" or "This is everything about your childhood in one photo"

Do you think the Fresh Prince ever blew into the end of a non-functioning NES and/or cartridge or did he have someone on hand to do that for him? (let the re-quoting begin)

I don't think I've ever played RBI3, only original and 2, looked different than I remember RBI2, of course it's been probably a decade+ since I fired up RBI2

Actually I think it's Baseball Stars. Definitely not RBI 3.

Oooooof

Baseball Stars, given Sandie pitching one of the team is the American Dreams

Baseball Stars was a good game.  Same gameplay as RBI but you could do way better seasons.

Gantry

Infinitely better 1 player game, RBI is a much better two player game.

RBI 3 has the same graphics as RBI 2, just more/different players.  The only gameplay difference I can think of is that 3 allows you to stand closer to the plate in the batter's box.

Fielding gameplay on Baseball Stars vs. RBI was much different. In Baseball Stars it was too zoomed in and if there was an infield hit you would have to use the the little base screen to see where your base runners were at. Also if a fly ball was hit to the outfield you didn't know where the fielders were till the ball got ten feet away from them. RBI much better overall gameplay especially fielding IMO.

BTW this forum is awesome! Sorry it took me so long to find.

Baseball Stars did have the fielders get a head start on the ball, so you didn't have to move them all the way from their starting point, and depending on the location of the hit, sometimes fielders would back up each other.  Still requires more awareness of fielders' starting points than RBI, but doesn't take too long to pick up.
