Dee-Nee downtime

I have to put the replacement power supply (the one I did before was just a temp, I rock my shit modular) in, tonight seems like as good a time as any.  I think a random time tonight makes it a fun game!

Dee-nee is linux, but runs as a VM under Hyper-V

Got a "new" (4 years old but best this motherboard can handle) CPU for Dee-Nee, SIX CORES MOTHERFUCKERS.  Installing today, will probably take 20ish minutes.  Shall we way 8:30pm?

Holy shit that took long enough.  Had to update my BIOS using a BOOT FLOPPY to get it to see the new CPU.  Then when it did it reset all my BIOS settings.  Finally back to working order.  Going to reboot one more time for a kernel update, ta ta!
