Once someone misses their timeslot, why do we have to keep waiting in half hour increments?  Once Nomaaa picks, GDavis should be allowed to pick, no?

If the person in front of you has already picked, you are free to draft at your leisure.  However, no one can be skipped until their time has passed.  If you need to send out a proxy, PM me.

But Beefmaster had until noon to pick and he didn't.  So he was skipped.  You said GDavis had to wait until 12:30 or after Beefy picks.  My question is that once nomaaa picks, why would Beefy's actions then come back into play?  It should be irrelevant, no?

Hopefully we don't have to deal with it, but I would encourage people to wait if someone gets skipped, because with the breakneck pace that some of you like to draft, someone who has an unexpected emergency could easily find themselves getting screwed over after just a couple of hours.  There's no fire, so we should be decent to other participants.  imo

There's a couple of other guys I put in the wrong spot - Lindeman at 1B when he should be OF and Larkin vice versa.  I'm just leaving it that way because people may have been planning around the way that they are listed, and that was the precedent with Madlock too.

It's not perfect, but the traditional positions were not necessarily 100% accurate either (see Harry Spillman), and at least they actually played those positions in their RBI year.

I think it was OK.  I just don't want to see a situation where someone misses their pick and then six or seven guys are off the board by the time they even realize what hit them.
