As I did in the last two times I ran a FRBI league, there'll be a 2-week window for trades in the middle of the season.   The players people draft, those are the players to carry you until the middle of the season when the trade window will be open for two slates of season play.

And I don't know how much longer I can stay up, but after the second wave of football games are done, I'm gonna turn it in. So if Tempo drafts and I'm not here, then I won't be able to get my draft pick in the next 3 hours...unless he picks in that time span. I'll reschedule the draft for this week before you guys get up and when I'm up early tomorrow morning.

Whoa!  Where was that written?  Its not on the rules post.  In fact you had recently mentioned drafting a player to use as trade bait:

You should be allowed to trade before the season, otherwise it should have been mentioned.

Shooty, true in that it should have been made official before the draft - my bad. I did mention it, but it was in the throwing ideas out there phase before the draft.

I''ll come up with a trade policy at some point today. It'll be a real short window after the draft and before the season. Then the trading closes shut until midseason.

Absolutely no double picks.

I've scouted all the pitchers on my simulations and jotted down some numbers from their performances against all the teams with the current players drafted as well as a guesstimate for where the other players may go. There is no Doc Gooden type of advantage, but Drysdale is close enough from the 27 games I simmed him with. I have a good idea about some others, and that's all I can say about that.
