does it exist? has anyone done this?

trying to settle a tiebreaker in a roto league after the 3 tiebreakers we have in place also we're ties. it's only for 7/8th place, but we have penalties & fees in place for all of the bottom half of the league

would be quite enjoyable to be able to settle it this way
