After intense discussions with Steve Bedrosian, we have made some changes.  Things got heated between me and Steve.  I want to give Chili some more AB's but Steve really brought things home when he screamed at me "WERE YOU A SCRAP HEAP UNDRAFTED FREE AGENT? DO YOU HAVE A SWEET FUCKING GOLD CHAIN TITTY NECKLACE?   THATS RIGHT.  START YAZ AND TELL CHILI TO RETHINK HIS GODDAMN ROLE ON THIS TEAM."

Lemon will be starting over BBonds. Bonds is just too inconsistent and he's having no magical overachieving year like he did with the Cleveland Spiders when he hit 21 jacks and about .550.

The Empire has released SP Guidry and acquired Jack Morris. Morris was part of the Empire's championship pitching staff in 2009.

Also released is OF Cedano. 3B Terry Pendelton has been signed to compete for a 3B starting job with HoJo. Actually, HoJo is immediately benched and Pendelton will hit in the 8 hole.

The Empire is still looking at players as we speak over at the open tryouts at the Imperial Center field.

The Empire will strike back again.
