Game Summary:

The Nimrods used a three-run homer by Tim Laudner in the top of the eighth inning and a solid performance by their bullpen to propel themselves to a 16-13 victory over the Poopdicks to keep touch with the other Fantasy RBI League leaders in a game played Tuesday at Tengen Stadium.

Charlie Kerfeld picked up the victory for The Nimrods (3-1) by throwing a perfect eighth inning. Jesse Orosco picked up the save as The Poopdicks (1-3) were shut out the final three innings after having scored in each of the first six innings.

Gary Gaetti was 5 for 6 with two home runs for The Nimrods, while Jeffrey Leonard was 6 for 6 with a home run and two doubles, and Andre Dawson added a grand slam. Bill Buckner and Matt Nokes each homered and had three RBI for The Poopydicks.
