The trade is done and in effect immediately. The commissioner will not get involved to stop GMs from trading drunk - in fact, I think this is the most likely explanation for the "Pendleton for Schmidt" deal.

Yes, please put Blyleven as SP1 for the Nimrods.  Hopefully he was just upset about being held in the #2 spot, or maybe just about being called a poopydick
